Terms of Service
These Terms of Use (“Terms“) apply to your access to and use of any website of Enedroc International Limited (“Enedroc”, “we,” or “use”), including https://enedroc.com/ and any of its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Enedrocfor products, services or otherwise. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to be responsible to us if you violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by posting the revised Terms to the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date above and/or posting a notice on the homepage of the Site. Your continued use of the Site will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Information about Enedroc
Our Site is operated by Enedroc, a company incorporated in the Democratic Republic of Congo (hereinafter “DRC”) as a private company and registered with the Commercial Registry in Kinshasa with its registered office at 225 Avenue KALEMBE LEMBE, C / Lingwala Kinshasa.
Enedroc is a company which is converting household waste into a renewable energy source to help reduce municipal waste disposal and offer an alternative efficient refuse derived fuel as a replacement to coal and other carbon based fuels.
2. Using our Site
Our site is available to access to users from time to time and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be liable if our Site cannot be accessed for any reason. Enedroc may also restrict access to certain elements of the Site from time to time.
3. Restrictions relating to our Site
You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. Enedroc’s Site may not be used for any unlawful activities, including, but not limited to:
Any action which has as its aim or effect fraud or any other breach of DRC or other relevant legislation or law;
Any action which may otherwise cause harm to any individual;
Using the Site to transmit or otherwise deliver unauthorised advertising, marketing or other promotional material;
Using the Site to transmit data which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keystroke loggers or other forms of malware which could harm the hardware or software of any operating device; and
Hacking or attempting to hack into the Site or taking any other action that has as its intention or result the access of software used within our Site or other information contained within the network or equipment in which our Site is stored.
4. Pricing
Customers will negotiate pricing offline with representatives of Enedroc.

Our privacy policy is available for information on how Enedroc collects, uses and discloses information about our users.
8. Copyright and Limited Licence
The Site and its content and other materials contained on the Site, including, without being limited to, the Enedroc logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Site Materials“) are the property of Enedroc and are protected by DRC and international copyright laws. Enedroc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site Materials; provided, however, that such licence is subject to these Terms and does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site Materials; (b) the distribution, public performance or public display of any Site Materials; (c) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Site Materials, or any portion thereof; (d) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (e) downloading (other than the page caching) of any portion of the Site Materials, except as expressly permitted on the Site; or (f) any use of the Site Materials other than for their intended purposes. Any use of the Site Materials other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will automatically terminate the licence granted in these Terms. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including, without limitation, copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. Enedroc may revoke this licence at any time.
9. Trademarks
“Enedroc” the Enedroc logo and any other product or service name or slogan contained on the Site are trademarks of Enedroc or our suppliers or licensors and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Enedroc or the applicable trademark holder. Any authorized use of these trademarks must be in accordance with guidelines that we may provide you from time to time. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “Enedroc or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Enedroc without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by us or any other affiliation.
10. Hyperlinks
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Site for non-commercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Enedroc or any of our services in a false, misleading or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal or unlawful material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable to adults or minors. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use an Enedroc logo or other proprietary graphic of Enedroc to link to the Site without the express prior written permission of Oriel. Further, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Enedroc trademark, logo or other proprietary information without Enedroc’s express written consent. Except as noted above, you are not granted any right or licence in or under any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary right of Enedroc or any third party.
11. Third Party Content
Enedroc may provide third party content on the Site and may provide links to web pages and content of third parties (collectively the “Third Party Content“) as a service to those interested in this information. Enedroc does not endorse any Third Party Content and makes no representation or warranties of any kind regarding the Third Party Content. You acknowledge and agree that Enedrocis not responsible or liable in any manner for any Third Party Content. Users access and use such Third Party Content contained therein at their own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Enedroc and our officers, agents, partners, employees, independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and their respective directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Enedroc Parties”), from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site; (b) any Feedback you provide; (c) your conduct or your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.
13. Disclaimer
THE SITE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ACCORDINGLY TO APPLICABLE LAW, ENEDROC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE SITE, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, CONTENT AND MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN.
14. Variations to the Site
Enedroc reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.
15. Changes to the Terms of Use
Enedroc may change these terms of use at any time through changing the Terms at any time. Any such changes will be made to the Terms as set out within our Site and we advise that all users regularly reference the Terms to be aware of any changes that may occur from time to time.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of DRC, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Site or the Terms will be filed only in the courts located in Kinshasa, DRC.
18. Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to use the Site Materials, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Site Materials.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
