This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Enedroc International Limited  (hereinafter “Enedroc”, “we” or “us“). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our website.

 

This policy (together with our Terms of Use) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. Collection of Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you fill out our contact us form or create an account or by corresponding with us by e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you further enquire about our services. The types of information we may collect include your name, company name address, email address, website address and phone number and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including Log and Technical Information. We log information about your use of the Services, time zone setting, access times, pages viewed, your Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and your login information. 

If you create an account with us then, after creating their account, we will collect information about the websites that you  want to integrate with our platform (e.g. the hostname).

After integrating one or more websites with our platform, we will collect information on your users, including:

- device information: device type, operating system, web browser, language;

- IP address; and

- country and geo location.

By default, we do not permit your users to be visible to other clients of ours, unless you configure your account to allow us to share users, being subscribers to your website, with other clients of ours. If you decide to do this then your users may receive notifications from other clients of ours in exchange for a payment to you in accordance with our business terms.

Information We Receive From Other Sources

We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, our terms and conditions you accepted when accessing our site and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;

Disclosure of your Information


 

We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries as defined under relevant  local law in the Democratic Republic of Congo (hereinafter “DRC”).


 

We may share your information with selected third parties including:

  • Business partners, suppliers and subcontractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.


 

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

 

  • In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • If Enedroc or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or our software licences and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Oriel, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

 

Enedroc is based in the DRC  and the information we collect is governed by the relevant local law. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the DRC. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the DRC who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password, which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.


 

How long will we store your data for?


 

We will retain your data whilst you remain a client of Enedroc and it will be deleted no later than 6 (six) months after our agreement with you has been terminated or you cease using any of the services of Enedroc in accordance with Enedroc’s terms and conditions. 


 

Your Rights


 

The Right to Object to Processing.  You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will always ask you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.  

The right of Erasure. You have the right to request that Enedroc erase your personal data under certain conditions.

Access to Information

You have the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised by sending a written request to us. Any access request may be subject to a fee of Euro 10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
